ROI DNA

B2B Enterprise UX, Agency Practice

ROI DNA is a B2B digital marketing agency generating $30M annually, working with enterprise technology clients on go-to-market strategy, web and mobile redesigns, and full UX buildouts.

I joined their UX design team as a UX/UI Designer for 18 months, embedded in a small, fast-moving team simultaneously managing multiple enterprise clients across every phase of a UX engagement — research, IA, personas, wireframes, content design, component libraries, and visual QA — often in parallel.

What this work demonstrates:

The ability to context-switch rapidly between enterprise clients and industries without losing depth or quality. The confidence to present directly to client stakeholders and defend design decisions. Fluency across the full UX spectrum — from early discovery and competitive analysis through high-fidelity wireframes and production handoff.

Deliverable types across this practice:

Web analysis and competitive evaluations, personas and user journey maps

Information architecture, sitemaps, navigation structures, and template mapping

UI design, wireframes, interaction design, component libraries, and visual QA
