UX Content Testing Framework

UX content design follows much the same design thinking process as UX design.

Your research and testing process should be detailed and thorough. The goal with data is to avoid subjective disputes about your content choices.

• Research is both Qualitative and Quantitative and will be used o better understand a user’s language, wants, needs, and problems

• Establish a baseline - this will be the starting point you test your hypotheses from

• Clarify the purpose of your specific content before testing it.
