All you should have to do is Gaze: creating an aesthetically pleasing streaming app with all your feeds in one

Login screen for Chrome web app in beta testing. 2015

We built Gaze because we were motivated by beauty.

This was the first (and only) app I’ve ever made from start to finish. The idea was to stream all feeds into one place in an aesthetically pleasing way, so you wouldn’t have to give it your full attention if you didn’t want to. The idea was passive participation. It could be a stock ticker stream in the background on a larger screen. You could create visual playlists for dinner parties or as visual filler at events and businesses. The point is that you are the curator of your world based on other people’s content.

The app was built to stream Instagram and Twitter content and transform it into an aesthetic style you prefer. Stripped of the details and provided on a plain white background. You could curate it like a Spotify list.
