Aesthetic principles for intuitive user interface design
Context:
Concept sketch for a mobile user interface. The idea was to use a simple aesthetic design to centralize your mobile activities. A circular scroll design is faster and more intuitive than current app dashboards.
Challenge:
The current way we use our phones—using apps, reading news, reviewing emails, and reading notification pop-ups—all these movements require different interaction designs, screens, and hand movements.
Solution:
A superior interface design where the user never has to leave their home screen base or hub. Intuitive circular scrolling allows for the user ease and delight.
Opportunity:
Insight would have success as a mobile interface integrated into mobile operating systems because it offers a cleaner user design than Windows Live Tiles, iOS home base navigation, and Ubuntu Mobile OS.
